The Mayor called the meeting to order at 6:31pm.

    that Council approve second reading of the Taxi Bylaw which increases rates for each additional passenger by $1.00.

    that Council commit to the municipal contribution of $800,100 (26.67%) of the total project budget of $3,000,000 for the Town of Yarmouth's application to the Investing in Canada Infrastructure Program (ICIP) for the Vancouver and Central Street underground, and Gardner Street Lift Station.

    that Council approve first reading to amend the MPS and LUB to revise C-1, C-2M and C-3 Zones to include "cultivation and processing within wholly enclosed buildings, excluding the cultivations of marijuana".

    that Council approve the discharging Development Agreement as set out in Appendix "E" of the Planners report; and authorize the Mayor and administration to execute the Discharging Development Agreement.
